BREAKING CHANGE: WebAPI endpoint /api/limit/config requires different parameters
...
Due to the fact that different inverters require different type identifiers in the backend the `limit_type` parameter was changed to numbers from 0 to 3.
* AbsolutNonPersistent = 0
* RelativNonPersistent = 1
* AbsolutPersistent = 2
* RelativPersistent = 3

* add margin to the bottom of the row containing the controls so the
buttons would have some room to the textbox.
* align the text baselines of the checkbox label and the buttons as well
as possible. align-items-baseline does not work as expected...

Feature: Detect if inverter supports 'Power Distribution Logic'
...
The detection of 'Power Distribution Logic' is based on the firmware version for specific models and is needed to disable any means of overscaling, as it simply does not work when 'Power Distrbution Logic' is available.
