IPMIView (java) App wrapper for MacOS

Download the latest IPMIView software from SuperMicro:

cd IPMIView.app
mkdir -p Resources/IPMIView
tar -zxvf ~/Downloads/IPMIView*.tar.gz --strip=1 -C ./Resources/IPMIView/.
cd ..
cp -R IPMIView.app ~/Applications
